We build custom food trailers and concession trailers from raw steel up. Every frame, every weld, every layout decision is made for one purpose: getting you operating with a commercial kitchen that works as hard as you do.

Based in Justin, Texas, our shop produces trailers equipped with commercial-grade stainless steel, full plumbing, electrical systems, ventilation, and fire suppression. Whether you are launching your first food business or adding a second unit, we build the trailer around your menu, your workflow, and your goals.

We comply with all US health and safety regulations so you can pass inspections with confidence and focus on cooking.

Consultation

We sit down with you to understand your menu, your target market, your event schedule, and how you plan to operate. This drives every decision that follows.

Design & Planning

We select a base model or create a custom layout, finalize the equipment list, and map out plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems for your build.

Fabrication

Your trailer is built from raw steel in our Justin, TX shop. Frame, walls, flooring, equipment installation, plumbing, electrical, and finish work, all done in-house.

Delivery

We walk you through the finished unit, test every system, and hand you the keys. You leave with a fully operational, inspection-ready commercial kitchen.

Yes. We work with multiple lending partners including KWIPPED and ClickLease to offer flexible payment plans. In-house financing is also available. Contact us to discuss options for your budget.

Yes. All trailers are built to comply with US health and safety regulations. Standard equipment includes 3+1 compartment sinks, fresh and gray water tanks, commercial vent hoods, exhaust fans, and fire suppression systems.

Yes. Every trailer we build can be customized to your specific menu and workflow. We offer 5 base models as starting points, but floor plans, equipment packages, and configurations can all be modified. We also do fully custom builds from scratch.

Yes. The Smoker BBQ 8x20 is a dedicated build-to-order model designed specifically for pitmasters and barbecue operations, with specialized layout, ventilation, and capacity.

Base models range from 8x14 to 8x20. The Nugget (8x14) is our compact option, the American Dream and People's Champ Jr. are both 8x16 mid-size builds, and the People's Champ and Smoker BBQ are full-size 8x20 units. Custom sizes are available.
